This salsa is a favorite among the classes who visit the gardens in the Fall.

1 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bell peppers
1 tablespoon jalapeños, seeds removed (optional)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process to desired consistency or chop tomatoes, bell pepper, onion and japaleño, add remaining ingredients and stir.
